We recommend simplifying your routine as much as possible, but if you're using other skincare products, apply Clear & Confident as a finisher in your skincare routine.
What are the ingredients?
Cyclopentasiloxane, Dimethiconol, Tocopheryl Acetate (Vitamin E), Chamomilla Recutita Flower Extract (Chamomile), Calendula Officinalis Flower Extract (Calendula), Helianthus Annuus Seed Oil (Sunflower), Silica.
Is the formula 100% natural?
No, not 100%. Clear & Confident is silicone-based which is not considered a natural ingredient. For more than 30 years, silicone has been the go-to topical ingredient for boosting skin hydration and scar treatment, and it's part of the reason why our formula is so effective.
We define our product philosophy as focusing on the good (ingredients that are clinically proven safe and effective, whether natural or synthetic) and cutting the bad (toxic or questionable ingredients that can cause more harm than good).
However, we prioritize natural ingredients that are proven effective while still being compatible with sensitive, acne-prone skin.
It's important to remember that not all natural ingredients are good for you and your skin, and not all synthetic ingredients are bad.
Shipping & Returns
How long does shipping take and how much does it cost?
Orders are processed within 24 hours.
NL orders usually arrive within 1-2 business days.
European orders usually arrives within 4-7 days depending on the location.
We offer a flat shipping fee of €2.95, and provide free shipping on orders of €60 and above.
What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Unfortunately, we can't update the address on an order after it has been placed. Our team can attempt to cancel it, but please know we can't guarantee order cancellations at this time.
In the event that your order is returned to us, we are happy to reship it or provide a refund. However, we cannot refund or replace orders that have been delivered to the address originally provided.
What is your return policy?
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase you may return items complete, unused, and in their original packing within 30 days of receiving them for an exchange or refund.
If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Returns after 30 days will only be accepted on faulty goods.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We don’t reimburse the cost of postal returns unless the goods are faulty.
